Interchange Business Center is a light industrial project with over 2 million square feet of leaseable space situated on approximately 153 gross acres. Prior to development the site existed as undeveloped raw land. The design and development of this project involved designing two new streets, all utilities, on-site detention, grading, and subdivision of the land into 8 individual parcels.
