The project is situated on over 125 acres of land with over 1 mile of project frontage on Cajon Boulevard. Engineering requirements for this project included over 9,000 feet of street improvements, sewer and storm drain design and installation, onsite storm drain system, utility design, precise grading and subdivision into multiple lots.
